they dint earn that property , hubby earned it while he and his were together , means the wife has right to a part of it .

antey what i meant was , ilanti cases lo courts will decide based on the basis of what each one owes each other , maybe she's entitled to some property and the court thought that she has to get a piece of what they already have , the finer details are not mentioned here for us to judge the outcome , I'm almost certain that the court thinks that the wife has to get a piece of the current property and she's entitled to live there , it doesn't mean that she would actually be going and living there
