Stop trying to prove your point here, villas are a safe investment if you can afford them. You get common amenities and services, along with security and a community feeling. Good villa projects have a strong prestige factor AS WELL. My family owns two villas in Kokapet and the prices have grown 3 fold since 2012 and the prices are still way cheaper compared to Delhi or Mumbai.
