There are quite a few actually. Almost all of them care for privacy and trust. Main problem is it's hard to find such couples and setting up boundaries/rules to actually make a proper conversation can take weeks. So far we had luck in Kik (Reddit sometimes) with few telugu couples and keep in touch to share our Kinky acts.
