Unaccounted Indian amount (black amount) can be received in USA. But white amount transaction (Registration land value) will need to be done through India Banks only.

This transactions also depends on who owns the land (Indian resident or NRI)

- if the seller is Indian resident - there will be 1% TDS deduction paid by buyer during registration

- if the seller is NRI - there will be 2.5% TDS deduction paid by buyer during registration

And in addition there will be 20.5% capital gain tax that the seller need to pay within 6 months (or) make a new investment with that taxable amount.

there are other options available for Indian residents to avoid paying this capital gains.

Ee BJP Bodi mundakoduku vachina thatuvathaa Real estate transactions darunamaina taxes dengesthunnaru (seller ki Capital gains tax and buyer ki GST)

indian residents ki round about options vunnayi kaani current NRI’s (or) future lo NRI’s avvali anukonee vallaki India lo ippudu kotha gaa Real estate lo invest chesthee maddakudisipothaaru.

Parents ki undataaniki own use kosam Apartment (or) individual houses other basic necessities ki investment okay kaani in current situation, considering the newly enforced registration laws, banking and taxation policies(GST and capital gain)India lo NRI’s real estate investment chesaaroo... aa dabbulu future lo vadhulukovattamee avuthundhi.

The responsibility of real estate requires a lot of risks.  It can lead to indecisive decisions even for Indian citizens let alone Non-Indian Citizens. For NRIs selling or even buying a property in India has never been an easy task. It has involved a lot of risk and legal procedures as they are mostly not physically present. Even if they are able to sell property in India, bringing inheritance money from India to USA is another hurdle that needs to be looked at. Bringing the money to USA is tricky and the sale may have unforeseen NRI tax implications as well. Let us dive straight into the procedure of how to sell property in India and bring money to USA as an NRI.

Checklist of documents required for an NRI to sell property in India from USA and bring money back.

Get it through Banks it is safer for you in future...if you need the money to buy home here try with your Indian friends who can give money in USD's (of course tell them you will give 0.5% as commission otherwise they are not ready) .
