Amul is probably the only brand in india that can compete with the best in the world in the quality of products 

I don't think amul will compete with heritage in anyway , their profit is mostly through their value added products like cheese , ice creams , sweets , excellent range of choclates  , etc 

The smaller private diaries will find it hard , but farmers will get paid more in the end
