You can carry food in the carryon luggage. They may pull you to the side and inspect though but it is legal to carry food in appropriate quantity.

Checkin suitcase motham techina em kadu. pelli key techaru ma parents two big boxes checkin Almond house nunchi 2016 lo.  There were little scared but light em analedu.
