I was in EB3 then got promoted to another position (both are Full time, but different teams/departments) under EB2. I thought of using my previous position....they said that position is not available..So we have to downgrade your current position...This is the main disadvantage of FT (they are not flexible)...On top of it, I have very less hope on this downgrade process (as they will most likely be sent back due to expired PERM) Quote
