H1B is a dual intent visa, daanni immigrant visa ani konni media vargalu annai tappa that's never been an immigrant visa. Anduke daanni dual intent antaru, F1 is a student visa however there's a reason why US lets F1 students find a job and work on H1B, since they don't want to lose people that are educated here and can contribute to this nation. 

F1 visa meeda ochi India ki vellipodam anukunna, taravatha H1B visa meeda work chesthey they can change intent. Else H1B would have been made into a non-immigrant visa.

Technically, DACA is an issue that makes sense bro. A lot of them came as kids, vallakem telusu evadu legal evadu not legal ani. It's not like they had a say, that's why it's a contentious issue. 

I support legalizing DACA kids because pretty much all of them had no choice in coming to this nation, it's unfair to treat them as pariahs inspite of having lived and studied here pretty much their whole life.
