naa mestri gadiki 8 months lo vachindi around 2000.. for them it was a formality at that point.. They didn't even think much about it..

I think until 2007 there was option to buy Perm application (I don't know exact term , mana basha lo buy)   ... I know some people bought PERM with earlier dates for 20K and got GC in 1 year
