For its population, UP might be having 6-7 crore household connection or at the max 10 crore.

Andulo 1 crore never paid ante, oka 20-25% anukovachu...

Still, I would say great number..If it’s shocking to see 25% consumers never paid power bill, its equally surprising that 70-75% of the household have actually paid power bills..!!!!

Read the article , it seems in some zones over the half the consumers didn't pay power bill .  Massive power theft and politicians encouraging power theft
