Villa in My Home Ankura in Tellapur or G+4 in Kondapur

Hi All,

need your suggestions to  either buy villa in myhome ankura (3.2CR) or G+4 (3.5-4 cr) in Kondapur, Hyderabad; which is good one to invest, pros and cons, we being at US.

Hyd lo own brother staying , and no one else. please advice

Ads, area, Brand chusi mosopoku.. monna floods ki 6Cr villas in Manikonda alanae aiyyindhi..

Kukatpalli deggara Swanlak'e's 3Cr ki ammadu.. Some 8th Floor lo godaki punch kodithe bokka padindhi anta..

Big names kadha ani blind ga nammadhu , these big names have politicians , judges on payroll . No one can scratch them once money leaves your hands .

Don’t expect too much rents at newly constructed ventures

antha invest cheyali anukunte buy at already developed localities , return of investment pakka untundi

but still, if u are not going to Ind anytime soon its waste to invest such huge amounts in India

Kondapur g+4 is the best option land value increases and rental income but you have to verify property docs clearly.
