JB serene Infra  ventures bagane untayi bro. And price also reasonable, not bad.

But kontavu, evaru untaru intlo. India lo unnava or in US? Its worth if you stay in that home.

If not, better buy 500-600 sq yard for that amount in that surrounding area or 400 sq yards in adibatla.

You can then sell it in 4 or 5 years for good appreciation and buy villa wherever you want or near work place inside ORR at that time.

By the time the villa property appreciates or that area fully develops to residential, the land elsewhere you get will appreciate much better.
