Mota bhai doesn't want Ramana as CJI. Ramana kakapothe next highiest ranked SC judge will br R.F Nariman. He will stay as CJI only for 4 months. Then only Chadrachud will become CJI. Govt liked his judgements like Ram Mandir case and he was Mota bhai's lawyer.

Btw, Aswini Kumar is always an outsider even though he has been in the BJP since 2014. Remember, he was founding memeber of AAP. His letter is not on behalf of BJP or Mosha. It is on behalf of himself as Lawyer/Advocate.
