Construction cost in India

Planning to build a house in my home town Tirupati ... plot vachi 290 sq yards.. plan is to build 4 floors, each floor having 2 1100 sq ft 2 bhk houses..builder quoting 1600 - 1800 depending on material quality .. Is this price reasonable..? Mottam 1.2 to 1.5 cr avachu .. and on an avg 2 bhk ki oka 12-15K rent vastundi and that residential area is in good demand cause of proximity to new flyover  and has good connectivity .. Investment wise edi ok anpistondi ..any suggestions?

go with mestri.... you will save money

have some one at the site ( your parents mostly) ... and buy them material when ever needed.

you can chose type of material its up to you.

why did you estimate 1.2-1.5cr when you own the land and the construction quote is far less than that. India lo property value ki rental value ki zameen asman farak untundi, especially for residential. So, minimize your expenses and plan to breakeven in 4-5 yrs. I think you'll get G+3 and ground floor parking ki ivvali anukunta. you might get 6 flats.

go for some sort of commercial properties construction, if there's an option.

Thanks for the response bhayya. What do you think is a reasonable price per sq ft?  Enquired many builders..andaru almost ee range lone vunnaru ..8800 sqft @1600 coming up to 1.4 cr..

Parents once in a while veltharu..but they cannot be there at the site all the time..enduke oka builder ki echedam ani planning...
