Don't believe in anyone bro. Wait for visa bulletin and go with the USCIS rules and don't work with litigation attorneys.

Dates will not move forward for next 15 to 20 years. Nov bulletin EB3 dates will retrogress.

Hoping for the best uncle. I am not predicting particularly for this bulletin but 2012 eb2 and eb3 will clear mid 2013 if all spillover is applied by Sep 2021. DOF is the big unknown here.
