Villa plot options in West Hyderabad

Looking for villa plots in the range 40k/sq yards to be able to construct in 5-10 years. Looking for good connectivity to Gachibowli and other areas. Security, pollution are some other considerations. In Mokila, some communities are right by railway track, we were just wondering if that won’t be disturbance. We came to US 20 years back and what we saw Panjagutta, Mehdipatnam, Kukatpally is not what it is now.   Would appreciate any suggestions for villa plots as this forum seemed most knowledgeable from my search and younger gen who is more familiar with the new Hyderabad.

forget about villas.... expensive and worst experience... arent you following news every day esp rainy days..

instead look for some apartments close to center of the city.. like hmyth nagar, ashokngr rtc x roads etc....  very easy to go anywhere and u name it they have it types( home stuff) of area avii..

asalu y planning to invest in India, do u have plans to go back to India and settle down there ? with kids ageing, u will be looking at paying for their tution fees soon

We have our investments split between India and US. In few years we will be done with college expenses and that’s when probably we can go back. Kids will be here in US but our siblings and extended family is all in Hyderabad. We will be in our 50’s when we quit work and go back. So probably can do up and down for another 15 years then have to pick one place.  We lived in independent homes last 18 years so adapting to apartment would be a little difficult but probably more convenient in India.

Good plan.... My plan is also same........ By 2028-30 completely move to India.....

Village lo farmlands unnayi......... Hyderabad lo own house and lands unnayi. that's enough for me.

Most of my investments, family and friends are in Hyderabad.......... So no point in staying here living a lonely pathetic retirement US life
