Saurastra and Kuchh, You cannot compare to Andhra. Jamnagar refinery valla help aithe ayindi but not  completely and Jamnagar refinery was not built overnight, it has been built over 3-4 years initially and has been constantly upgrading their facilities. When Jamnagar refinery started, it was nothing that could make a different..
