Education wise they’ll do bachelors (will ask PC, OD, CMM) degree and masters(Certificate May or May not ask) of course

job: US aithe reference ki call chestar If not available in reference will ask w2 also SSN trace lo employer details vntaii so non paking 

India aithe standard process; release letter, service letter, pay slips  for couple months 

credit check, criminal bg check both India and US will be done

US manage cheyadam waste.. too many problems. SSN check lo previous employer details vntai so I would suggest. not to go for paking as far as US employment goes..
