Blame all internal issues on your political rival that 'supports' this fake enemy.

Control the media and keep repeating propaganda. The more people see it, the more they'll believe it to be true.

You are the underdog that got there despite the establishment disliking you.

With the economy going down the drain Erdogan is desperately trying to stoke conflict with France , Greece , Armenia , Syria , Saudi Arabia , Israel ,india ,etc 

He tried to rake up Kashmir topic and make him look like the savior of muslims . Same thing happening versus France right now 

He desperately tries to gather his people around him against a 'common enemy' so others issues get less attention.

Turkey also took in 5 million Syrians , most of them are much more religious than a average turk .

These guys have no job prospects , don't know the language , already resorting to crime and they are starting to protest for greater rights . 

Turkey is starting to pick fights with Greece , lybia , Saudi Arabia , Israel , Syria , india , France and even the US 

Their only allies right now are Qatar and third rate islamic sh.ithole nations like Pakistan .

Funny thing about Israel issue is , Israelis can go to turkey freely and he doesn't want other nations to have diplomatic relations with it

Lot of domestic problems , their currency also lost half it's value since he took power . 

Incompetence administration has lead to double digit inflation , wheat shortages , growth stagnation , etc.

He's trying to use kashmir and islamic pandering to divert public from real issues , works great in Pakistan due to high illiteracy and conservative population . 

Imran Khan got dealt a bad hand though , he's still nowhere near as bad as Erdogan , maybe modi level bad
