https://www.uscis.gov/records/request-records-through-the-freedom-of-information-act-or-privacy-act

register , log in fill the form for Perm copy , i140 and upload passport front back, DL for proof and submit 

 

in 2 months they upload ur docs in portal. easy pisy

request them here with all your receipt numbers of 140 if you got more than 1, make sure to ask for 140 approval notice and supported and additional documentation ani mention cheyi

Send email to "[email protected]" with Subject" FOAI request : !40 Approval copy" with the below attachments and description in your email.

Must attach along with your email to FOIA:
1)MUST attach your ID proof (Driver license or Passport).
2)MUST attach download g-639 form and fill details to avoid any delays

Note about G-639 Form: Enter all your details and fill below details in No.15 & 8(a)

Number 15: Please provide a copy of the I-797 approval notice for Form I-140 , filed by , on behalf of < Your Full name>.
8(a) : Select this checkbox to notarize. Fill your details. Go to any Bank / USPS and show your Passport & Driver license , get it notarize( Free of cost)

No bro! They will just pull up your  files frm the sytem .. anthe they dont cntct ur x emplyr or mestris.
