My current LCA is level 1. I have a new offer and they are applying under wage 1 too (LCA submitted yesterday).

Lets see what USCIS will say after submitting the petition!

I agree, but I was supposed to submit my docs to attorney a month ago but I kept postponing from last 3 weeks hoping the courts to take some action.  But now its been 3 weeks already and no action taken.. I started looking for alternatives.
