PilliBeta Posted October 28, 2020 Report Posted October 28, 2020 My theory is that, coronavirus mucosa nunchi kakunda skin nunchi enter ayite manaki better immunity untundani. The basis for this is that skin lo virus unte adi myeloid cells uptake chesi lymphatic system lo velladaniki oka three days padutundi, inko four days T cell immunity build avtundi. Ila kakunda direct ga virus mukkulo notlo velladam valla immunity build avvadaniki time undatledani na hypothesis. There is no way for me to prove this at this point, ilanti transgenic mice are still difficult to buy. In other words, if you were to touch coronavirus, it's better to leave it on your hand and make sure you don't touch your face (nose, mouth, eyes) with it. 1 Quote

veerigadu Posted October 28, 2020 Report Posted October 28, 2020 Virus is an obligatory organism. It needs a vector for transmission. In most cases I guess its bacteria or other. On other hand Skin pores are not as bigger passages compared to nostrils or mouth. Andukani skin contact ayina kuda I don't think these bacteriophages cannot permeate through the skin pores. Quote

Mucus lo enter ayyedi droplets valla, which can be around the same order of size of bacteria. Skin contact ayyaka myeloid cells can uptake the virus from receptors, macrophages can eat them. There are a lot of ways it can enter. It just takes longer to enter the lymphatic system through skin. Quote

Don't you think our sweat and other skin based secretions have antibacterial effect to a considerable extent? Quote

If anything mucosa has more acidic secretion, like the fluid in the nose, saliva, or vaginal fluid. Since that fluid is acidic, whatever that enters will go to the lymphatic system faster because it's taken up faster because of acidic conditions. Skin nunchi uptake should be slower. Quote

I guess mode of access to visceral organs is higher incase of oral and nasal routes. Quote
