Dude did you even read the article, wow! Are you saying that someone can create and host .gov.in website and government asks people to provide the information but has no clue who is the concerned authority of that app? Then you are putting public privacy at risk and this something not trivial but was a widely controversial roll out when they rolled it out.

 

It observed,

"The CPIO, NIC's submissions that the entire file related to creation of the App is not with NIC is understandable, but the same submissions if accepted from MeITY, NeGD and NIC in toto, then it becomes more relevant to now find out how an App was created and there is no information with any of the relevant public authorities."

It further ordered thus:

As per the website https://aarogyasetu.gov.in/ it is mentioned that the content is owned, updated and maintained by the MyGov, MeitY. Therefore, Shri Tyagi is directed to explain in writing who is the concerned CPIO to explain regarding MyGov, MeiTY maintaining the app.

It was developed by bunch of volunteers and people from make my trip etc got involved and that is worrisome because they collected 100million user records

yes , there was literally no mention of niti aayog who had commissioned it apart from a random person mentioning that niti aayog will have a better idea about it , which is infact true , and Im not able to understand what missing app files are they talking abt exactly ? The app has been open sourced a long time ago
