I have a question.Can employee of a company buy company's stocks in Robinhood?Or is it considered illegal under insider trading?Please share your thoughts?

yes, you can buy as long as you don't have information related to finances.

your HR will summon you first time,

As long as your not c level guy or who knows inside info  is what I think safe . But it’s just my assumption .

I think they count if you are in top management positions and finance department

Punishment is too harsh for insider trading.. not worth it.. you never know who is tracking you...

C level ye kaadu..even Sr.Manager or Sr. Engineer ..

if u do options trading, u need to let them know about it..and they will warn u against it.

because we work on the order processing....cloudwatch ki velte chaalu..analyse cheycochu numbers ela untayo ani..

Legally u & ur family members can buy & sell ur company stocks only when trading window is open. Most of the companies close it for employees few weeks before & after results.

there are multiple ways which can put u in trouble. Even irs audit in tax returns can put u in trouble. Insider trading ani case vesthey doola theeruthadi.
