It's not based on actual salary it is based on wage levels..

Maa field lo kastha takkuvey! not many Chem E's I guess on Pharma Validation side.

But again it depends, most of the Chem E's are in Oil and gas in southern part where as north and east coast lo they are in manufacturing. Pay in Oil and Gas better than manufacturing. So this rule is very broad and we will get clarity only after it goes into effect
