Long back. Still waiting in line. Uscis rule books follow aithe bagane untundi. But they won’t. Asslu same employer also if they down grade they can ask for details like how this job requirement suddenly came under Eb3 instead eb2. And the recruitment process done with Eb2 wages and now how can you justify this come under Eb3 Low wage? Why don’t you start recruitment process again and see whether any us citizens available for lower wages. Ivanni adugochu. But they don’t

I am not a lawyer and a lawyer told . Downgrades, moving  to old employer for ead and new I140 can be part of the 485 rejection. this is trump administration and employment history chusthe assam for amreicans.

You won't look at the hiring process but uscis will do.
