Advantages - no more visa stamping

Can work on level 4 wage salary if you are working at client as contractor for years.

 

Disadvantages - you have to file extension every year for next 15 years.

Ead now a days taking 90-180 days for extension.  It will be very frustrating for client to know your ead expired and you are on buffer time waiting for new card. Every year this tension.

eads ki premium processing start chesthunnaru kada. not worth spending all that money every year antava? also seondt time nunchi 2 years ki istaru validity annaru...is that not true?

EAD issued for pending i-485 qualifies for an automatic 8 month extension while renewal. H4 EAD does not qualify for that!

$2500 for premium processing. Not sure if it is worth for GC EAD as there are minimal chances of RFE/Denial

Not every year sometimes they give GC EAD for 2/3 years cbn cheeke brother

- i think u meant say we can work from level 1 to level 4 wages without issues as wage levels wont apply.

- we can switch employers but work in similar job field.

- job lekunta we can be  for a year but payroll atleast once run avvali withiin  a year ( i got this info from another forumn)

no stamping, no wage lolli, switching between employers easy and eligible for all positions than only the ones with sponsership..inka emi kavali kaka...2500 is worth to by pass all these hurdles

Can u explain about eligibility for all positions? u meant to any position in software job or within the SOC code in ur labor?

Also do we have to stick with our employers for 6 months after getting EAD?
