EAD can be denied or delayed H4 ead laaga. use h1 only GC vache varaku and use Ead on h1 denial or stamping issue.

That is what. It gets 8 month extension..but I have seen plight of some people with h1ead for 3 years...filing extension for entire family..card will be expired but the extension would be processed slowly... They where very relieved when they got gc.

They had some filing issues and took 3 plus years 

 

Now imagine 15 years on ead. Coming to premium processing and 2 year extension.that require some rule making

asalu problem AP, need to renew every year and in process unnappudu cant leave country emergency lo asalu work out avavdu idi, H1 aithe atleast stamping ki vellocchu

You can work anywhere..but soc should be same...like if you filed a petetion as java core soc speclisation..you should be still working in same field same or higher level ..(as per my knowledge of 2016)

i thought once you start using EAD/AP at port of entry you are no more non-immigrant and you lose H1b but this guy is completely different. See example -1
