Basically Indian style open air ventilated rooms are the best places to avoid infection . 

Western style central AC rooms without ventilation from outside are the most dangerous places to get infected . 

If you find yourself in a packed room without ventilation , get out as soon as you can .  

Always prefer dining outside in a restaurant if possible , hard to do this when winter is already set over most of eastern / central states
