There is something called consular processing. My downgrade I140 and I485 are filed through Consular Processing..

if you are physcially in US, you cannot do consular porcessing.check again

Perm ante emp is starting off with labor...maa colleagueki 37 dayslo approve ayindi..of course it may take up to 6 months but avg time is 2 mnths...labor approve ayyedaka dates as is undali ani allahko prayer karna hai

Not much different. I know someone that followed this route around 2010 time.

First thing, you have to work for the employer that filed your I140 for 6 months after the I40 approval. Then you can leave the country and wait for your priority date to become current. 

When your date is current you will get an interview request from Hyderabad consulate. Then you just have to show that you have a similar offer from the same employer or a different employer. It's easy to find a lot of employers that will support you at that time as long as you give a commitment to them that you will work with them for 6 to 12 months after you come to US. Collect your GC and then come to US..

Daaniki 140 amend cheyinchukovali anukunta saying consular processing. Mana 140 lo AOS ani untundi. But employment ki kooda work avuthundi. Only thing is if AOS you can take lawyer to interview and deny ayithe you can file MTR from US. Adhe consular processing ayithe you cannot take lawyer with you and MTR gurinchi idea ledhu if denied

after filing I140 through consular processing you just wait for your date to become current and you can return to the country when your dates are current. Ask any immigration attorney he will tell you the same. Lot of people that left the country during 2009 recession have come back this way.

Yes no need to file a 485 his way but now I will have an I140 approved through EB2 and EB3 and EB3 I140 will be through consular processing. So best of both worlds..

They will support. For everything there will be a price.. 20k paisal plus oka  6 to 12 months work chesta ani commit aite any mestri will accept. There are plenty of people that left the country in 2009 that came back this way.. Only unknowns are if the immigration rules/laws change in between the time you leave the country to your interview..
