is there any process for someone from other religions to convert as Hindu?

Christians water lo munchi edo process undi valaki, Muslims ki their some association gives a certificate of conversion with new name. Ala hindus ki kuda unda emina process? just curious to know if Hinduism atleast gives this provision officially or not.
