Number fudging is real and applies to all states and even countries to some extent .

South bihar lo last year baga varshalu paddayi and freebies boost income temporarily . 

Despite what you maybe led to believe Andhra Pradesh and rural Telangana always dependent on agriculture , as long it's doing well inflation + 5% growth is expected

EV policy to attract investors, clocked 3400cr EV related investment proposals on first day of the policy unveiling.

EV incentive like federal credit here to encourage more people to migrate from gas to EV based transportation.

Evi chinna chinnavi 300-400cr..mostly bus building firms who already have a base in Hyderabad as you said it is anybody’s guess at this point as there are proposals or MoUs

Local city Buses, local autos , taxi cars, 2 wheelers are easy targets for EV.

2 wheelers just need a battery good enough for 50 to 80 kms and is smaller than tank. Can charge on 3 to 4 hours. India has 240v which is best thing that can happen to you for EV.

Local buses also in the shed for 8 hours. Enough to charge for 100kms which is max they travel.

Low hanging fruits ..

I don't think ur right local buses need around 300km range

It's better to have additional range
