There is no point in having intent if ur execution is wrong. 

Let me give an example - You have a great intent to collect relief funds for a pandemic, but if ur execution is fukd up, no one will know or can answer wherethe funds are used for and the hundreds of crores of funds might have gone to. So, who is at wrong here?

But yeah, these can be a great PR material by showing the huge number of downloads/users, but reality is, no one really used it.
