Hire chesukune company will have 90 days notice period and yet it plans to hire someone well before that period from other company which also has similar rule..

I think the 3 months is not a thumb rule in IT , I guess it depends on company to company

but in most cases they allow you to leave half way through the notice period , like 1 or 1.5 months.

Still, its an archaic rule that is not progressive and needs to be changed

at will employment unte best ikkadi lekka
