eb1 self sponsoring with a PhD

Friend ki PhD ( in Mechanical ) end of this year finishing.  heard and read a little on self sponsoring with a PhD. So anyone has an idea on how to start, like should we contact an attorney like Murthy ? Job vachaka employer may sponsor but self sponsoring option unnappudu why not lock a Priority date ani I am thinking. Please thorough some suggestions.

India lo MTech lo one paper and while in PhD he published 3 papers and in progress with the 4th. He may accept a Post Doc position this December which will run until August 2021  annadu. So OPT ki applied. Citations 50 unnay annadu and next one year lo they will grow ani confidence undi. 

So overall chances elaa untay anedi question. Employer ante malli it takes 1-2 years kada for them to sponsor so andukane ilaa try cheyyochaa ledaa ani options exploring.

Maa vaadu em anukole tom bhayya, India poi IIT lo teaching ani antunnadu. Nene cheppina konni years pani chesi appudu decide avvu ani.

Quite possible, you have to check the number of citations depending on your discipline. Maybe he is okay. I would suggest reviewing some articles in journals, and getting letter of support from atleast 10 professors in his field to get approved faster.
