dont worry... your wife can travel while H4 is pending, if approved USCIS will not give i-94.. so in this case aaa approval document tho stamping povaaali.... once US ki raaagane if lucky, mee wife ki bio notice vasthe fine...if raakapoyinaa fine... but for EAD u need bio to  be done...
