Haha antha easy kadu kada.. pina dad earned iythe I don’t think sisters can claim it since property buy date documents lo untundi ga.

Inherited aithe, present laws give equal rights but it can be contested and loop holes use chesi, instead of half, oka quarter share tho saripetochu, HUF, unmarried males in the family ani, edo oka katha cheppi 50% badulu oka 15-25% lo settle chesetodu....adi kuda ra sri rada antha Ram....

Ade father earned property aithe in absense of a will, contest chesthe flat 50% potadi...deni risk daanike.

Father earned property lo 50% ela potundi u can prove the year the property was brought right? And who was the bread winner during the time period right?

i was in the assumption that even if a will doesn’t exist for the father, sisters don't have a legal right to fight for the property..

In absence of the will, Daughter can claim upto 50% of the property, if it’s not inherited. If the daughter agrees to  take care of mother, then it will be very easy for the daughter to stake claim for half of the share or rightful share than to the son to claim more than 51%. In absence of will and surviving mother will have ultimate authority over her husband’s property but most of the times, mother has to compromise. Father earned property, he can only enjoy as long as he is alive but Bhagwan ko pyaare tarvata in absence of will, swayana samapaichina property la daughter ki easy ga 50%, kam se kam la 33% stake claim cheyadam jujubi

Don’t be too attached for parents property man! Let them give to who they want. Since Mahabarat era nothing has changed in terms of siblings fighting for land.

Its a modern greedy world and everyone wants their share of pie...manam kuda ekuva lolli cheyodhu...instead of splitting property equally, its better to give one share to son, one share to daughter, one share to mother and keep one share with father...who ever takes care of mother and father will get their fair share ani will rasipettukovadam better...

Brother ok simple question ki answer cheyi oka vela intlo ladies marriage time ki unnadantha ichesi pelli chesaru anukundam most middle class families ade chesthayi ammayiki manchi sambandam kosam katnam ekkuva ichi pelli chestaru.

ahh taravatha family and sons kastapadi edo okati chesi moneg sampadistharu leda eppudo konna land value perugutundi, leda nuvve US vachi neeku india vella daniki kudarakano leka power of attorney ki time lekano mee parents name pina konnav anuko. Eppudu sister and bava vachi sagam share kavali ante ela untundi??

ee sister and brothers fighting cases lo mostly ede untadi.. eppudo pelli iynappudu istha annadi ichesi pelli chestham unnanthalo malli ammayi valla family ki madya madya lo chala karchu untadi evi functions anni parents money tho chesina leka boys support chese antha varaku ok kani mari ela unna danlo sagam anadam entha varaku correct antav..

if equal share is required ante it should happen before marriage and since ladies are getting 50% share they should look after parents too..

ee two conditions ok iythe most boys ki em problem undadu

I was talking about Dad's property , not earned by kids

I agree on the part that whatever earned by you should be your own and no one else should have the rights , 100% with you on this.
