not always practical , parents will not go for a will until they are old so in most cases it always will be very late but the marriage expenses/gifts should definitely be taken into consideration when a split happens

Nenu em antunna ante after this law such cases where female siblings fighting for equal share of property will be on rise. So going forward parents will be forced to do property split before marriage of sisters and every thing which was saved/bought after sisters marriage she does not have the right ani..

parents share would go to who ever takes care of the parents.. ela cheste brother or sisters ki em problem undadu antunna..
