In pakistan they use Chinese engines they are unfit for tropical weather and break very frequently 

Pakistan didn't lay any new tracks or lines..all of them are from british era tracks..replaced with new rails that's it.. not electric.

Pakistan also have few good services but Indian Railways is way way ahead..

They had electrification only in only sector but seized that also now it runs entirely on Diesel traction.
