the first poll close by 7pm et,

last one around 12 am et, or 1 am in alaska et, all depends on what state,

as time counts evening, depending on the state, they close the polls. Like for ex Indiana and Kentucky close by 6 pm ET..

as soon as the polls close some states start to count polls, again depends on state. 

Also this year some of them voted through mail, so may not get the result tonight, or even in the morning, it all depends how soon they can count mail votes.

People in here should not draw any conclusions based on partial results, which are likely to be misleading
