The test, how ever you take online via proctor or in person at test center you cannot record the questions. I don't know how some one can get a dump.

In online proctoring your screen is completely locked they will be constantly looking at you or any other sound around you.

Some one else cannot take the test, you need photo id to get the test center. In online proctoring you need to upload your photo id, photos of the room where you are taking the test and you have to be in front of the camera all through the test, even once you go out of the camera view, then the test is void. 

I took the test in person at a test center and they, don't even allow to take anything inside the test center. They will only provide a marker erasable notepad and you have to return it as soon as the test is done.

I really don't understand how some one can get question dump.
