I think your friend needs to send the copy of the chest x-ray along with the medicals to USCIS. There are lot of threads in immigration forums related to this topic. Good luck

TB Positive endira mee enkamma

TB antibodies test schestharu under skin, if that turns +ve, that means you have at one point in your life have been exposed to TB (irregardless of you falling sick) 

antibodies unnayi nee body lo ani proof , some medicines untaayi 1-2 month course that completely eliminates the risk that you are a carrier and transmitter.

so take doctors advice and go accordingly.

Dont be worried that TB +ve vachindhi ani

I also got positive using Quantiferon when I did this for GC. Andulo positive osthe Chest X ray adugutaaru, adi inconclusive vachindi, but Santa Clara county health officer sent me to TB Clinic in San Jose. It is just for their information and to control the spread, it won't affect your GC process...

Dont worry baa nuvvu GC vunna uncles ni evarini adigina 80% indians ki chest x ray adugutaru. First cheste TB positiva vachindhi ani xray adugutaru mostly desis ki vuntadhi.
