i-140 approve ayyaka 6 months with same company tho ne undala? 
this is still applicable, what if i don't and apply ante adugutunna if anyone faced the same

If you move before 180 days then your employer can revoke your 140 and you cant port your old priority date to new employer.

Nenu 180 days undaledu, maa company emi revoke cheyaledu. Its still valid. Also 2 to 3k emo karchu pettali to cancel. So chala companies lite thisukuntai unless its desi grudge employer

After 180 days they can withdraw citing other reasons too. You can still use that priority date imo

Company A --> I140 approved and 6 months passed....

Moved to 

Company B ---> H1B approved for 3 years anukundam

 

Now Company A withdraws application anukundam .... Can Company B still extend H1B beyond 3 years ??

@Anta Assamey in this case Company B can file extension based on Company A 140. Also they can file new 140 with B in mean time and retain old PD as well. Anduke 140 approve aina vallu usually ask for GC processing within 1 year of joining

100 % i was in that situation , i waited more than 6 months in old company , it got revoked but my pd ported and got 140 in new compiny no issues bro
