Your employer doesn't revoke and you want to do porting to new employer before 6 months of previous approval date ? technically prevailing wages, recruitment and perm takes an year almost. There is no way any one can apply for new 140 within 6 months of previous employer 140 approval. Quote

So if your old employer didn't revoked your 140 after you left Then you can port even if you didn't stayed with them for 6 months Quote

No future issues even if employer revoked 140 later You got 140 approval. Did not stayed 6 months. Your porting will depend on whether your employer revoked or not. Quote
