Legall GC problem, experts I need your take on this !

Two years back, I married a gujju ammayie after falling im love and going out for almost 2 years. She is very good and her family is also fine. Internally my in-laws started to dislike me for reasons known best to them and they want to report our wedding as fraud to u s c i s through lawyer. My wife understood what her parents are doing is wrong and she said we will fight. If they place a case on us, how will the impact be? How can a thrid person has any right to say our wedding is wrong? My wife and I have a great bond and we love each other and infact planning to have kids pretty soon. We are now worried about how this situation will impact us?

We are good but her parents are creating issues for us, so we are trying to fight this if they take any step towards us. Does u s c i s care about these type of cases? Do they even consider it?

Until now, we were living together in in-laws home and now we are planning to move out for good. We have already set everything and planning to move out in a week. No. The process is still pending and we have an upcoming interview in couple of weeks. This is why, we are concerned about this whole situation.

My wife and I are good bro so I do not see any issues but just to be on the safe side as this people started acting differently lately.

That is true, just wanted to stay close to family members as per my wife’s wish but she is realizing it is not what it is.
