Most theives are made by cops. They train small chain snatchers to loot big homes..after that they will take the entire loot and pay some to robber...  

That's how they make lot of money

There will lot of people in jails who r falsely framed for the crime they have not committed, they can’t defend, they r tortured to the core that they will accept the crime and cops will close the case and get promotion.
