new co - x + 10% base salary , total comp: x +10-15% approx , work : sort of next level role to prastutam co

so overall new company total comp < 5% of current

kotha company consider cheyala just because the role is good?

confused , eh okati status , prasutam co started gc process but it will take time , so kotha co ki velithe have to start fresh , will lose some 4-5 months progress..
