Got a parking ticket. I have a parking permit but registered it with my registration plate with letter O instead of with number 0. Can I contest it?

If you have supporting evidences to prove, in my opinion, yes, you can contest it. 

Say, if you paid by card, time stamp of transaction record, your ticket, car registration number may help!

Yes, I have the receipt in my email, I just registered with the wrong plate number, O instead of 0.

You can write a response and if they are not satisfied you have to go in person with the evidence
