I am also curious to know what companies are doing now. If they are doing extensions and transfers or not.

No one is applying for extensions or transfers. Everyone is waiting for these rules to be stuck down in courts. Mestris are positive that both these rules will be stuck in courts before the end of the year. Wait for a couple of months and file extensions in january

It varies by employee count and how many of them have H1s. Premium nenu pay chesta usually but e saaari mastri gaadu anni naake esela unnadu. I am looking at 5K plus with premium as per mestri.

Ya correct e, naadi June 2021 lo expiring so Feb lo start cheyyali ani anukuntunna, so appati lopu new rules meeda stay raaka pothe I should be ready for the impact. 

Maybe 1 year anna vachindi ani happy undadam alvaatu cheskovaalemo.

My h1 expires in March 2021. Last time I was approved for only 1year. My employer is saying we can file with old LCA which is valid for 2 more years. Will that work with present situation. Please advise.
