+1 to Therapy

It will cost you but at least you may know whats the problem

to avoid escaping , follow a daily routine , no matter what

One example is to go to Library and study for 2-3 hours every day , avoid taking your laptop initially and use library pc if you can , you can start small with may be 1 hour and then increase , I'm assuming you will not be able to watch movies etc in library so it could help you concentrate

My roommate used to go to Library after classes and then come to home only around dinner time , sometimes even has dinner at college and comes by last bus at 11 , this is a little extreme but he wanted to avoid distractions like movies etc if he comes home..

also go to gym for 1 hour daily or do some exercise , your body is just telling you to be lazy , your energy levels will be back up once you exercise , can not stress the importance of exercise

also , this may come across as harsh but why do you want to do something lifelong when you are not even interested in completing the course work?

do something that interests you man , to hell with everyones expectations

may be you are in saturn influence or some planets are influencing your focus and health. Try hanuman chalisa every day. it will take only 10 min but do it with love. Also visit shirdi sai mandi every thursday during aarti nearst to you.

USA ravalani yepudu lekundey , India lo Cat lo 80%ile in first attempt but ma dad wanted me to come to usa so vachina. Thanu kind of pushed me telling ma frnd vala koduku motham fees kattukunnadanta part time chesi ani. nenu adi chesthey i can prove nenu kuda tough ani chesna. But studies biscuit ainayi.

I spent a lot of time studying astro-theology from Santos Bonnacci and lot of videos of Manly P hall.

oka chinna advice kaka...just 7 days try to spend without watching youtube, netflix, videos, ipad, laptop, music, etc...just 7 days gadget deaddiction chey...just 7 days and you will find an answer for yourself..
